Dr. Holibaugh and Dr. DeMara participates with most area HMO, Medicare, BCBS, and many commercial insurances. All services are billed for the patient. All deductibles, copays and other non insurance covered expenses are ultimately the patients responsibility. We realize that payment may not always be possible at the time of service and our office manager will be happy to arranage a financial payment plan that best suits your needs.
